Refund policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened products from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 15 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer. Please note, we only accept returns from Alezem.com.

We do not accept exchanges on any orders.
Any refunds for items purchased within gift sets are not accepted separately. All gifts or collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.
If your order is returned after 15 days, you will only be eligible for product voucher.
Packages returned back to alezem.com due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.
Please allow 7-8 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement. Should you require further assistance, please email info@alezem.com.

Defective Products:

If an item may be considered defective, please email info@alezem.com indicating your Name and Order Number. Defective items need to be addressed within 3 days from receipt. After 3 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by Alezem Beauty you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

With reference to our Alezem Matte lipsticks which are completely sealed to avoid any doubts of the product usage. In case you  get the wrong shade against what your ordered, it will be claimed as free exchange, otherwise no claim will be entertained. 

Mistake or Damaged Order:
Please email info@alezem.com within 2 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. All issues must be fully resolved within 7 days from delivery date for security purposes.
