Regretfully, I received the foundation that stinks so bad like it is expired. I ordered HD in ivory and they have sent me beige. Previously, I used it from my cousin and it was so amazing and thats why I ordered it. I told them on ig msg, they didn’t respond to me for 4 months then they contacted as dont use we will replace it send details. But when i shared the details they never contacted me again. Very bad experience. This cause itching on my face and bumps. Also I lost money that I could spend on better products.
I have ordered Three foundations on 16th Feb, 2026. Paid 7700 for them including delivery charges (discounted price). But receive only one foundation. I'm trying to contact since than but there's zero response regarding this fraud. This is real face of this brand. I was using their products from last two years. But this is what they did with their loyal customers.
